The GO BIG! Conference
Every other year, the WGLD sponsors the “Go Big!” Child Discipleship Conference hosted at Alliance Church – Appleton.
It includes gifted featured speakers and breakout options for all experience levels and positions. It is reasonably priced so you can bring your whole team! Go Big will be held on November 6-7, 2026.

Jessi can provide topical training for your team—either in person at your church or live over Zoom.

Children’s Ministry Leadership Certificate
The CMA national office offers a Children’s Ministry Leadership Certificate program as part of the Alliance Center for Leadership Development.
