Our International Workers
WGLD

Mally & Val McLoughlin
France
We are Mally and Val McLoughlin and we are serving in Paris, France. We have Mally’s two kids with us 50% of the time. Val is the regional bookkeeper for the Europe region of the C&MA. Mally is on the French C&MA board as the director of communications. He also does photography and video work for many different Christian organizations in and around Paris. We work with a Canadian C&MA couple at a large church in the south east of Paris where we are heavily involved in the international community there. Val is originally from Appleton, WI

*B & K
Middle East North Africa
We are MM workers serving the Middle East/North Africa region by providing affordable design services to like-minded groups. B is an architectural engineer managing projects, leading project marketing and development efforts, and overseeing the construction department of our local business. K is a civil engineer serving as the company director over our staff of 22, setting vision and direction, and overseeing finances. Our presence as a registered business gives us access where traditional church-sponsored work may not be welcomed. Beyond the kingdom impact of the clients we serve, we are excited to be investing in the local economy and in the national staff who are part of our office. Married for 22 years, we've been serving internationally since 2018.

*B&K are workers in a CAC location. This is a term used by international workers and the Alliance referring to countries or areas where traditional methods of openly proclaiming or practicing the Christian faith are restricted or even prohibited. Because of this, we use great care in hiding their location and identity.

*S & K

S & K married after college, realizing their mutual call to the least reached, who otherwise have no chance to hear the Good News. Leaving their homeland of Minnesota & Wisconsin behind, they followed the Lord overseas as part of a new team in 2008. Tough living conditions were more than made up for by seeing how God had been there long before, paving the way for precious people to receive the Good News. 3 babies and 10 years later, health concerns forced relocation, so their family joined an Alliance church planting team in Europe.
Still based in Europe, they now work at a regional level to help Alliance teams stay organized, live out prayerful and effective strategies, and maintain solid team relationships. Additionally they are involved in local ESL and refugee ministries, trusting God for friends and neighbors to become disciples. In their downtime, S enjoys history, hiking, woodworking, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs. K loves her dog, cooking, and meaningful time with people. Their 3 fun, talented, pizza-loving kids are in the 12th, 10th, and 8th grades, respectively.

Europe

Zach & Anna Osbrink
Senegal
We are Zach, Anna, Mae and Reuben. We are launching to France for language studies beginning January of 2026 and then from there we will be serving in Senegal, West Africa. Anna grew up in Germany as her parents served with Axcess. Zach also grew up as a TCK (Third Culture Kid) in Europe and the Middle-East.
Together, we are following God's clear invitation on our lives to pursue international work with a family of our own. We will be serving with CAMA Services south of the capital city in Senegal where we will, God willing, be working with agricultural ministries and women who have suffered human trafficking.
We have served as the youth director family in Menomonie, Wisconsin since 2023 which has been one of the sweetest seasons of our lives.

*J&J
Middle East
We are J and J and have been serving in the Middle East since 2017. Having always been part of the sending of other workers, we realized later in life that our Father was calling us into His global work as well.
Our main role is managing an English Center where we focus on building relationships and pouring love into each student. It has been incredible to see first hand as our Father transforms lives that were previously facing a Christ-less eternity. Doing individual Studies from the Book is definitely a highlight for both of us.
We have 4 children (three are married) and 6 grandchildren.

*J&E
Asia
We are from the western Wisconsin area and are serving in Asia with our 3 children. We are involved in building relationships with the majority culture, partnering with local leaders and walking alongside first generation followers of Christ.
J is involved in both agri and supply chain related business. E is focused on friendships through our neighborhood and community. We see our business as something that not only allows us to be where we are but where meaningful conversations and relationships happen.

Rob & Heidi Scott
Kosovo

We are Rob and Heidi Scott, serving in Prishtina, Kosovo in Southeastern Europe. We both grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin and were called to mission in our 40’s. We have two daughters, Eliana and Malia and have served with the CMA since 2021. Our first two years were dedicated to learning the Albanian language, culture and history. God opened the door to ministry opportunities at a community center, where we have been teaching English, Leadership classes, and helping with outreach events. In June, 2023, we both stepped into leadership roles at the center and are praying for God’s wisdom in developing young leaders and more connection points in the community. The center is a bridge between our non-believing neighbors and the local church through a comfortable gathering/coffee space, education and programs.
