The Alliance is funded primarily through generous tax-deductible donations given by individuals, churches, foundations, ministries, and other like-minded organizations.

The Great Commission Fund (GCF) is the vehicle for stewarding your generosity and fueling all Alliance workers, work, and impact.

Gifts to the GCF are the primary source of funding for The Alliance’s gospel-advancing work around the world. These funds are put to immediate use to provide support to staff, workers, and mission-driven ministries in the United States and across the globe. The GCF provides flexibility for The Alliance to respond immediately to meet critical needs whenever and wherever they arise. Every Alliance international worker receives funding from gifts to the GCF.

How does the GCF work?

There are two main streams of giving to The Alliance that flow into the GCF:

  • General giving to the overall ministry—including staff, workers, and their ministries in the U.S. and across the globe.

  • Designated giving to specific workers and/or work in the U.S. and around the world.
